Caplan provides the ground for a research agenda that can build on his particular conceptualisation of voter behaviour, and his suggestions for institutional improvement in mature democracies. I think there a lot in this book that classical liberals and libertarians would like, and be able to reflect upon. By all means, do yourself a favour and get it!"This is a review worth reading, especially if you want to skip the book.
